About Anne

I spent the first fourteen years of my career in the high stress industry of event planning. I had some pretty cool experiences and met wonderful people along the way, but at the end of the day I realized that full time event planning wasn’t for me. I have a strong work ethic and take pride in what I do. Part of that for me is finding joy in my profession. I was not able to find much joy in event planning. You know who helped me to realize that? My life coach.

I was fortunate to have the ability to take time off from event planning and figure out what I really wanted to do with my life. I completed an online Coaching 101 program with my life coach in 2017, along with my 200 hour yoga teacher certification at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. I have not regretted the decision to change my career path for a minute. I feel that I’m right where I need to be.

Through this life transformation, I was able to get really clear on my vision for my career moving forward. My mission is to use my life experiences, natural ability to empathize, and my coach training to help others on a path of self-discovery and purposeful life. I’m a firm believer that the best way to help others is by going through it yourself first.

I currently live in the Washington DC area with my husband and dog. I enjoy working with clients, cooking, entertaining, traveling, hiking and doing yoga of course. I have a deep appreciation for my family and friends and try to spend as much time with them as possible. I am a classic extrovert and get energized by my connections to others. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
